	The Client Services Department offers programs, services, and assistance to tenants and clients of the Grand Forks Housing Authority. The goal is to serve, empower, and connect our residents with the resources they need to improve the quality of their lives and the prospects for their future. Resident Service Coordinators are available at several of the apartment communities managed by the Grand Forks Housing Authority. Services include access to the Neighborhood Networks Learning Centers, assisting residents to connect with community agencies and programs, resident advocacy, and facilitation of resident meetings and neighborhood involvement.  For more information, click on the "Contact Us" link.
