This home ownership program is designed specifically for
the residents
of LaGrave Place. We will help you and your family get on the
right
path to home ownership. The program will provide you with
support, educational opportunities, and personal attention
necessary to work towards a goal of home ownership.
It is a way to motivate and
prepare LaGrave Place families for the rewards and
responsibilities of owning a home. We will do this through
monthly group workshops and individual counseling.
A Home Ownership
Coordinator and your Resident Service Coordinator will work
together to develop an individualized plan for you detailing
goals to help make the dream of home ownership become reality!
How does it work?
The program will assist you
in all aspects of your life to ensure that a goal of home
ownership is attainable. Assistance and referrals will be
provided in the following areas through the LaGrave Home Buyer’s
Club and individual counseling sessions along with many more:
