	Not sure where to go with questions about services that are available in the community? The Client Services division of the Grand Forks Housing Authority provides Resident Service Coordinators at five sites which they manage in Grand Forks precisely for that purpose.  The RSC's are there to help you, the resident! These sites include: Oak Manor:                      710 4th Ave. S.
