The Grand Forks Housing Authority manages 11 homes in the Burdick Subdivision. These spacious single-family homes with large yards are available for rent to families of five or more who are income eligible and meet the Tenant Selection Criteria. Applicants must have favorable references, credit history, and be in good standing with the Grand Forks Housing Authority. Families are encouraged to become involved in the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program. This program is designed to help families with the goals of self-sufficiency and homeownership. A family is eligible to rent a Burdick Home for a maximum of five years.
