	110 Cherry Street Grand Forks, ND 58201   Cherry Heights is a community of 75 units designed for people who are 62 years of age or older and persons who have a disability. There are 72 one-bedroom units (of which eight are wheelchair accessible) and 3 two-bedroom units. A Resident Service Coordinator is available and offers referral, advocacy, and assistance to the tenants. The community room on the first floor has a kitchen and is available for use to tenants. Cherry Heights is near the Senior Citizen Center.   Units include: Stove, refrigerator, air conditioner, are provided. All utilities are included in the rent with electric baseboard heat. Cable TV is available at a discounted flat monthly rate with no hook up charges. The tenant pays seasonal fees for use of the air conditioner and auto plug-in. Assigned off-street parking spaces and visitor parking spaces are identified. Community rooms and laundry facilities are available on each floor. Computers are available for tenants' use. Storage facilities available on 2nd and 3rd floor. Cherry Heights has an elevator. Picnic tables are available on the spacious grounds. A Resident Service Coordinator provides referral service and resident advocacy. The Link Learning Center is available for use by Cherry Heights' residents offering computers and internet access for residents. The LaGrave Learning Center is also available for use by Cherry Heights' residents offering educational and social activities for adults and youth. The Link Center offers activities, services, and meals for residents.
