community of three buildings with a total of 64 units. Families
of two or more people 62 years or older, and persons with a
disability are eligible to apply. There are 3 efficiency units,
27 one-bedroom units, 31 two-bedroom units, 3 three-bedroom
units. The property offers Continental Homes Learning Center,
which provides educational opportunities for adults, children,
and after-school and summer activities for youth. A Resident
Servic e Coordinator is available and offers referral, advocacy,
and assistance to the tenants.
