LaGrave Place is a
community of five 12-plexes and six townhouses for a total of 66
units. Families of two or more people 62 years or older, and
persons with a disability are eligible to apply. There are 18
one-bedroom units, 30 two-bedroom units, 16 three-bedroom units
and 2 four-bedroom units. The property offers LaGrave Learning
Center, which provides educational opportunities for adults,
children, and after-school and summer activities for youth. A
Resident Service Coordinator is available and offers referral,
advocacy, and assistance to the tenants.
Units include:

and air conditioner are provided.
