When in doubt, call and ask!
You have a legal obligation to the GFHA Maintenance Department
know about anything that does not work properly in a unit. if
something is leaking, the smoke detector is beeping, your
refrigerator is not keeping things cold, or if anything else
seems to need repair, please let us know by calling (701)
746-2538. If you are unsure, please call and ask! The call will
not cost you anything and early repair of a small problem can
save us money later. You will not be charged for normal wear and
tear, if you are unsure what this means please call and ask.
Will I be charged?
Charges are made in cases of tenant caused damages only
(remember you are responsible for your guests). If you have an
item of tenant caused damage such as a broken window or a hole
in the wall please report the damage so your unit is fully
functioning. Another example is if your sink is leaking and you
do not call us to repair it. If the leak is ignored and water
damage occurs you will be responsible for the charges.
