	710 4th Avenue South Grand Forks, ND 58201   Oak Manor is a community of 48 one-bedroom units of which five are wheelchair accessible, and is designed for individuals 62 years of age or older, and persons who have a disability. A Resident Service Coordinator is available offering referral, advocacy, and assistance to the tenants. Oak Manor is very near the Senior Citizen Center.     Units include: Stove, refrigerator, air conditioner and storage rooms are provided. All utilities are included in the rent with electric baseboard heat. The tenant pays seasonal fees for use of the air conditioner and the auto plug-in. Cable TV is provided at a discounted flat monthly rate with no hook-up charges. Community rooms and laundry facilities are available on each floor. Computers are available for tenants' use. Assigned off street parking space and visitor parking spaces are identified. Oak Manor has an elevator. Picnic tables are available on the spacious grounds. A Resident Service Coordinator provides referral service and resident advocacy. The Link Learning Center is available for use by Oak Manor residents offering computers and internet access for residents. The LaGrave Learning Center is also available for use by Oak Manor residents offering educational and social activities for adults and youth. The Link offers activities, services, and meals for residents.
