	813 Lewis Boulevard Grand Forks, ND 58201 Riverside Manor is a historic building re-designed as an apartment community in 1995 while maintaining the charm of mosaic tile floors and beautiful woodwork. The renovation maintained the external appearance, consisting of chiseled face stone and brick, and large windows allowing natural lighting into each apartment. The original entry, lobby area, and corridors on all floors were restored and offer tenants areas for gathering and relaxation. Preference is given to elderly, 62 and older, and persons with disabilities. Applicants must meet the income limits established by the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, and the tenant selection criteria. The rents are considered affordable, and housing assistance through the Voucher Program is accepted. Heat, water heating, water/sewer/garbage are included in the rent.
