The GFHA manages around 700 apartment units throughout Grand Forks County to meet the needs of virtually any family size or make-up. In order to be eligible for our programs, families (consisting of one or more persons) must earn less than 80% of the area median income and be able to comply with the standards set by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development.
