The Promenade
The Grand Forks Housing Authority began building homes in the Promenade subdivision in 2004. Currently, all existing homes have been sold and are occupied by private owners.
While no Promenade homes are currently available, the GFHA does plan to continue building on Thames Court, just across from Promenade Court. Those interested in purchasing a home in the area should contact Terry Hanson at 701.787.9437.
The GFHA also partners with other entities to serve affordable homeownership needs in our community, including the City’s American Dream program and Grand Forks Community Land Trust
Those who are currently utilizing the Housing Choice Voucher program and are interested in purchasing a home may be eligible for the Housing Choice Voucher Home Ownership program and should contact their Housing Choice Voucher Administrator at 701.746.2545 for more information.
