The selective Adsorption characteristics of molecular sieves may be helpful when it is essential to dry a bundle or environment without eliminating other desired compounds inside the system. Molecular sieve can trap water vapor to temperatures well beyond 225°C in some instances, and due to the high affinity for water vapor, molecular sieve can bring the relative humidity RH in environments down to as low as 1 percent RH.
